A minor in Organizational Leadership is earned by completing 18 credits in Organizational Leadership courses. This program provides students theoretical and practical understandings of leadership by examining leadership in various types of organizations. It is a good choice for students majoring in Law, Political Science, Criminal Justice, Psychology, and a variety of other disciplines.
